The character of mobile devices is handy, that we use them anytime, anywhere.. Therefore “location based marketing” is best areas for mobile. And we think it is nearly “real-time marketing”. If we can understand correctly the situation of consumers, we are able to send appropriate message which meets their real-time insights. However, this can happen only when media, consumers and ad-techonology match each other. “Twitter” is symbolic media of implementing real-time marketing. On the other hands, various devices (marketing tools for us) were launched for this market (digital signage, iPhone, netbook, and so on). We want to discuss and present practical location-based marketing methods & cases in time frames of short, medium and long terms.
