Gai has worked in media research and analysis for nearly twenty years, specialising in online media for the last 12 years. Gai worked for Australia’s first online consulting company, www.consult, and then moved on to work at ninemsn as their insights manager and senior analyst. Gai has been heavily involved in many online research and ratings ventures in the Australian market. Gai now chairs three councils for IAB Australia; research, measurement and standards & guidelines.
