A seasoned professional with over 15 years industry experience, he has vendor certifications in Google Analytics, Urchin, Omniture, WebTrends and Coremetrics as well as a Bachelor of Visual Arts (University of Sydney) and a Master of Business and Technology (UNSW).

These insights can assist in improving the profitability and usefulness of a website and to find what works and what doesn't.
