Monty Hamilton ad:tech After 10 years with National Australia Bank running NAB's retail direct banking division, Monty joined the start-up business UBank (a division of NAB) in November 2007.

Monty leads the design, delivery and operations of UBank online, which launched in October 2008 with term deposits and subsequently high interest online savings in August 2009.

As the Head of Online, he has delivered the online sales and engagement model for UBank including social media - where UBank is considered by many as a leader in the banking/finance industry worldwide.

Due to the nature of the product, service, market demographic and technical capabilities, the financial services industry has generated a lot of ground breaking activity in the digital marketing space. Individual digital campaigns, long term on line presence and interactive communication are all central pillar points for financial services; pushing boundaries and ‘raising the bar’ for other businesses.
