With increasing frequency, consumers are swapping their engagement with traditional mediums for a more fast-paced and connected digital experience. Consumers are more receptive online, where they exert greater influence and control (Experian Information). Less wonder that online ad spending remained resistant to short-term economic slowdown across Asia Pacific, with 59% of Asia Pacific advertisers increased their digital marketing budget in 2008 (ADMA Asia Digital Marketing Yearbook 2009).
More importantly, the role of digital in branding and marketing has long surpassed that of a simple addition to existing mix, but a fundamental power that transforms the entire branding and marketing practice.
It is with this vision that ad:tech 2010 calls for speaking contributions. We welcome case studies especially from brand marketers, on below areas:
- Campaign integration
- Social media
- Video and rich media
- Mobile advertising and marketing- cases from SEA markets are particularly welcome
- Multi-channel campaign measurement
- Search and performance marketing
By speakers, we refer to workshop leaders, panel moderators and panel discussants. Please send your:
- Updated bio indicating current professional engagement and past speaking experiences
- Proposed area of speaking
to Jiang Na Charis, content manager (+65 65130607) by Feb 28 and we will revert to you shortly.
In addition, ad:tech introduces sponsored workshops in this year’s programme, and call for proposals in above area. If you are a company who
- Is at the forefront of technology innovation
- would like to expand in Asia market aggressively
we would like to hear from you.
Session topics will be available online by end of January.
Each speaking submission is reviewed carefully according to the speaker submission guidelines, and relevancy to the conference programme scrutinized by a board of advisors. We thank you for your support for ad:tech and wish you good luck in your application.
