We are seeking individuals to run our Content Programmes and also head up our sales team. These events currently include ad:tech & iMedia Executive Summits regionally

Content Manager (Conferences)

To excel in this role, you would have a minimum of 3 years B2B conference management or Digital Marketing experience. You are excited by the opportunities that will arise from being part of a new fast-moving business. You are self-motivated and work well as part of a team. You are able to anticipate market trends and be proactive in the market building strong content for the conference, together with an understanding of both online & traditional media platforms.

The essential role will be to build and develop advisory boards for each market, build conference programmes, recruit speakers for the conference at all levels, Keynotes, Moderators and Panelists. Assist Marketing & PR to ensure the delivery of attendees to the entire event. Therefore, you will need strong networking and communication skills, together with experience in writing blogs. Fluency in key languages is required. You thrive under pressure and meet your deadlines. You are willing to work flexible hours.

Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales Manager

If you have a dynamic sales driven attitude and either a minimum of 3 years B2B event sales or digital media sales then this job could be for you.

Key responsibilities are to

  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorships and online advertisements to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop existing and potential clients
  • Review and monitor competitive publications/exhibitions and identify and convert new leads.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by organic growth/new product development.
  • Liaise with Operations to maintain floor-plans and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Be willing to travel as the job requires.

Creative Designer 

The role requires you to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

You should use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time, working with design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash in a PC environment.

You are responsible for designing both online, printed collaterals as well as updating website content on a regular basis. Knowledge of HTML, Flash and Basic Actionscript is a must.

Daily interaction with sales and marketing teams on project requirements is required with our local and regional offices.

You will also need to work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers on print production.

You need to be able to multitask, preferably with 2 years of web and graphic design experience.
