Price including unlimited access to conference sessions during 2 days and privileged access to the Conference Lounge (relaxing, networking and catering area for speaker, journalist and delegates).  

Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or wire transfer. Details can be found on the invoice which will be sent to you a few days after your registration.

ad:tech will only confirm your application once payment has been authorised. On completing the process you will receive an email to confirm that the application has been successful.

Cancellation:
N.B.: you have the right to cancel within seven days of your payement with us. After this date, your registration is non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can send a replacement from your company. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In the unfortunate event that an event is cancelled, ad:tech is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.
