Rebecca Paoletti ad:tech Rebecca Paoletti is responsible for developing, executing, and leading Yahoo!’s online video sales strategy. In this role, she develops online video programs and plays a critical role in advising marketers and the sales organization on the constant innovation within online video.

Before joining Yahoo!, Paoletti served as Creative Director at Maven Networks, where she managed broadband strategy for various Fortune 500 companies including GM/Chevrolet, Pepsi, Nike and 20th Century Fox. Paoletti also spent two years as VP of Strategy and Programming with Gotham Broadband, and has served as Editor-in-Chief and Senior Director of Programming for AOL Time Warner’s Road Runner broadband service.
