Pam Horan ad:tech Pam Horan is the President of the Online Publishers Association (OPA), an industry trade association representing high-quality online publishers before the advertising community, the press, the government and the public.

Before joining the OPA, Pam was VP of Marketing at Zinio Systems Inc., a leader in digital distribution of magazines, and VP at LKE Productions, were she expanded LKE's business into Web casting. Pam also served as VP, Client Partnership Marketing for Women.com Networks.

A marketing veteran with experience in both technology and publishing, Pam has also held senior positions at InfoWorld, Pretty Good Privacy, Inc., International Data Group (IDG) and Symantec.
