Scot McLernon
Scot has built three successful sales teams cited by Forrester for highest revenue per sales person, he won “best business and finance site to advertise with,” and he won the ASPY award — made up of over 100 agency votes — as Best Overall Sales Team on the web. Scot is an active board member of the IAB, a founder member of the OPA and a founding director of the Bay Area Interactive Group.

Sarah Fay, President, Isobar, USA
In 1996, Sarah Fay established and managed an online media practice and created one of the industry's first educational events on interactive advertising in the Boston area. Since then, Sarah has led seven acquisition strategies in her quest to develop and grow Isobar in the U.S. Her company has grown from 30 people in 2000 to more than 700 in the U.S. today. Starting in 2002, Sarah became a vanguard on campaign integration as well as co-developing iMedia's educational tracks on SEM. She was one of the first agencies to establish a practice in affiliate marketing and among the first to experiment with Interactive TV - Carat Interactive was recognized as iTV Agency of the Year in 2001. Sarah was a founding member of the Mobile Marketing Association, and today, Isobar is one of just two agencies that hold a seat on the prestigious board of the MMA.

And finally, with a lifetime of industry pioneering, Dave Smith may be the penultimate industry contributor. Dave founded the first media planning- oriented Media Agency in 1978 and in 1981 developed sequential liability, now accepted by the AAAAs as the industry standard. In 1995, while at I/PRO, Dave headed the team that developed terms such as adviews, visitors and the first interactive site traffic media audit. From 2002-2005, Dave chaired the ARF Online R/F Standards Committee, the ARF Online Media Council, and he is an AAAA Interactive committee member as well as chairing the agency panel for the AdEx initiative and driving the next generation of competitive media spending for the interactive marketplace. ad:tech proudly takes this opportunity to recognize their excellence and thank them for being an inspiration to the entire digital marketing and online advertising industry.
