What are the dates of eligibility? February

What is the deadline for submissions? Submission period is now closed.
What are the entry fees? $255 per
submission
What are the Groups of Categories? Interactive
Ads, Interactive Campaigns, Optimization/Search Strategy and Web
Sites
What are the Categories? The Categories are 25
areas you can submit your work to (e.g. Best Banner Ad, Best Branding
Campaign, Best Campaign Optimization and Best Micro Site, etc).
| Submitting to multiple Groups
of Categories: |
- You can only submit to one Group per form.
The four Groups are: Interactive Ads, Interactive Campaigns,
Optimization/Search Strategy and Web Sites.
- Within each Group, you can submit the same
entry to multiple categories
(note - you will be charged $255 for each Category you select).
- The same or new entry/creative can be submitted
across different Groups, but each Group needs its own individual
form.

Who can submit an entry? All
interactive advertising and marketing agencies or related industry
associations. Note – judges will be exempt from submitting
to categories that they are judging.
| How do I submit my entry? |
- Complete the online form at www.ad-tech.com/awards/entry_form.asp
- Remember to provide accurate Web site(s)
information to ensure your submission can be reviewed and scored.
- In the description boxes, please provide
full descriptions of your entry.
- Select payment type
- Click “Finalize this Entry”
- You will receive a receipt that confirms
your transaction. If you notice an error in the receipt, please

What is the refund/cancellation
policy? Please

at +1 415.464.8527 on or before January 31st to receive a full refund.
| What does the judging process consist of? |
- Once the Call for Entry period has closed,
the Panel of Judges will review and score all creative/campaigns
submitted.
- Areas judged for the Limelight Awards are:
Creativity, Result Based on Objectives, Ease of Use/Clarity
of Message, and Overall Experience.
- The finalists will be determined in each
category based on the highest scores. The entry that receives
the best score is the Award winner. In the event of a
tie, the Executive Panel will make the final decision.
- The People’s Choice Awards consist
of finalists selected by the Judges Panel to be voted on by
the public.
- The Industry Achievement Awards are based
on recommendations from the Executive Panel.
